Work Experience
Enables individuals to learn first-hand about the industry, your sector and your business.
Allows employers to assess character, aptitude and ambition before taking someone on.
Is eligible for Into Work Grant funding, subject to the employer being compliant and CITB registered.

Apprenticeships are central to creating the next generation of skilled construction workers.
Apprentices come from all walks and backgrounds, from school leavers and university graduates to those further or changing their careers.
